When making a support ticket we look at a few things. First of all, we look at the Priority of your ticket. High Priority should be issues meaning your server isn’t starting. Medium would be any errors you come across and anything lower would be simple questions. Next, we look at the ticket content, we always ask to put in as much detail as possible. For example, the sets to lead up to the issue, your username to our panel, and any other information you feel is important to help us sort your issue.
