Not a single issue throughout the entirety of the time I've hosted with them. Excellent customer support, easy to use user interface which is simple to navigate.Reliable servers, I've never experienced downtime myself personally. The owner is a great guy and goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Overall, if there was any more stars I could rate him; I would.Look no further!

Amazing company, currently webhosting with them and excellent support and hosting, been with afew other companies before but found runaways and they blew me away with the pricing and overall support on getting everything setup and sorted, support it literally 2 minutes reply, if your looking for speed definately go with these :).

So Runaway Servers is getting a 5 star from me. This is very few company that gets full 5 star or products.The reason for this is that they are quick, the support is amazing and real quick.What happened? So I have absolute zero skills or knowledge of WP, I have no idea how to get webservers up. The customer support helped me get started, gave me the tips I needed and helped fixing my screwups. The help is quick.My webserver have had no down time.So the reasons for a 5 star is:
Good Customer Care (Very important for me)

Compliant and fast working, the owner is patient and willing. He has been attentive and extremely helpful even with my lack of skill. He has never once complained about having to help and tries his best, his servers are fast and are of a top quality which is followed up by the fair pricing, all around I'd say outstanding!
